Reformer pilates is more energetic, making use of special reformer beds with moving carriages, pullies and springs to tone and strengthen further.

Hypoxi is a gentle form of exercise carried out under supervision in a specialist centre. You’ll either be on a treadmill or an exercise bike in a special compression chamber or suit. It then uses compression and vacuuming to dissolve those stubborn fat cells. It’s truly great and achieves fantastic results.
