Can I use vouchers when booking an appointment on Bookwell?
It is necessary to contact the venue directly when using a voucher, such as Groupon, Scoopon, etc.
How do I make a booking for multiple people?
At this time, you will have to make a booking for each person. However, some venues may have group services listed, such as a couples massage, couples counselling, and wedding party services.
How do I reschedule my appointment?
If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please log in to your Bookwell account and select Bookings under the menu in the top right corner. From here you can find the booking you wish to reschedule and click the Reschedule button. You’ll then be asked to select a new time and confirm. If you are having trouble reaching the business, please contact us and we will be happy to help in rescheduling your booking.
How do I cancel my booking?
First, login to your Bookwell account. Next, click on your profile in the top right hand corner and select Bookings. Then click the Cancel button next to your upcoming booking. Another box will then appear asking you if you really want to cancel. Once you confirm the cancellation both you and the venue will receive a cancellation email. Please note that if you paid with a credit card we will automatically refund your card.
