Your hair is one of the first things that people notice about you. Therefore it is important to get it right. Have you ever walked away from the hairdresser’s chair wondering how quickly it will grow out, and if you could possibly pull off a hat?
Well, that problem is a thing of the past. We’ve done the hard work for you. Look through our directory of hair salons and Brisbane and make an appointment. One of our hairdressers will give you the look you want.
Never have a bad hair day again. Read our guide to finding the perfect hairstyle for your face shape:
If you have square face
Your face is angular and masculine. When we think square, we think jawline. Classic tight haircuts including close fades, short layers and sharp side parts should be your go to. Make sure that the hairline isn’t perfectly cut because it can highlight any receding hair.
If you have a round face shape
You can offset a round face by creating a square. This means tight on the sides and height on the top. Go for angular cuts such as front fringes, faux hawks and pompadours worn softly. You want to create some structure.
If you have a triangle face shape
You want to keep the sides fuller and the overall angle of the hair cut to be rounder. Open up the forehead with a short hairline. Styling is key. Have lots of volume to balance the width of the jaw.
If you have an oval face shape
This is a versatile shape – pretty much anything goes. Haircuts that have that ‘swept’ look will look best because they balance volume and length. A Caesar is a perfect cut for an oval face.
If you have a rectangle face shape
You want to avoid cuts that elongate the face. The focus should be on the side and stay away from having too much volume or height on the top. Let there be a bit of length on the sides.
You know what they say: clothes maketh the man, but your hairstyle cements the look. Make an appointment with one of our salons in Brisbane today.
