I then rang four times with no answer and I then went to the old address and it appears they have shut down.
Very disappointing and time wasting shouldn’t let people book appointments if you are not open

JulietteI’ve never left a hairdresser wanting to cry until I went to sheeq. I had to get a second hair cut elsewhere to fix up the first one. I can only assume that my hair was the first she had cut. She cut it dry and dirty and a blunt cut. It was a lot shorter than I had asked for and not straight. Don’t even think about going to sheeq!

GraceDidn't have a great experience here, asked for a hair cut above my shoulders which would require 7-10 cm cut off and only around 1cm was cut off. At no point was I shown how much was being cut off, whether that amount was okay or whether I wanted it shorter.
The hairdresser was also super rough, I'm so so lucky I have a tough head! She was very rough jolting my head around while washing my hair and when blow drying my hair was pulling with the brush and at a few points my hair got stuck on the brush and she just kept on pulling so roughly!
I'm also used to hairdressers who chat and clearly communicate with you, but unfortunately I could barely hear Cristelle when she talked, and probably spoke a total of 20 words the entire time!
I ended up going to another salon that afternoon to get it CUT!
Hopefully the experience is better for other customers!

LauraGreat value for money at $89, however I arrived at 8.55am for my 9am appointment, and was unfortunately left outside until 9.15am when the owners arrived to open up, no apology for being late and I was starting to worry that they weren't coming. Really attentive once inside, however the appointment didn't start until 930 so was in there longer than planned. My hair is about an inch or so shorter than I initially asked for, however I actually like the length and the colour is great.

Usually a hairdresser will show you the back of your hair before you leave, and I thought little of it until I got home. They let me walk out of the salon with ruined hair!
I have emailed in photos and tried calling several times with no answer. I want more then a refund!!
