This family practice is centrally located opposite the train station in the heart of Caringbah’s central business district amongst other professional suites.

Being in business for the last 20 years it enjoys a large referral base with other medical practitioners such as Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Sports Medicine Doctors and the like.

Previous experience in contracted areas such as professional sports organizations, large company on site rehabilitation departments and day spa’s make it the ideal practice whether you should require preparation or recovery for your sports event, treatment for an injury, or just taking some time out to relax.

Great pressure to release knotts in muscles but needs to be smoother and not as much triggerpoint release. Slow down and feel the muscle imbalances. I still have the pain in the medial epicondyle as I stated in the information sheet but the wrist extensors were worked and the wrist flexors were missed which was the reason for the visit.
