Fraxel DUAL operates on two nanometre wavelengths, the 1550 and the 1927. The 1550 stimulates collagen production and improves scarring, while the 1927 targets pigmentation and uneven texture. This versatility allows your dermal clinician to tailor the treatment to your specific needs, and they may use one or both wavelengths in the course of your treatment.
