I was fearful of the negative reviews. And I was right to be. We arrived. The persons running the place had no idea of what was booked for myself and another couple there. Left waiting in reception for a long time. Then was informed that we had not booking on record, even though I had an email and text messages confirming my booking. Then was asked if I had booked through Groupon. I said no, I booked directly through the website. Then was asked AGAIN 3 more times if I booked through Groupon. Like seriously? I asked how I could get a refund, then was informed that they didn’t know how it could be done as it was paid to the previous owner?!!! I shake my head as to how a business can run like this. I paid $360 for a couples spa package. Absolutely appalling.

What an awful experience. Booked a package valued at $529 online and planned a special afternoon with my husband before he goes in to surgery this week. I paid a deposit, Received an email confirmation and a reminder email. Also sent a message about the booking via the Facebook page. Impossible to get through via the phone. Arrived after much planning only to be told that they have no booking for us. Devastated This place seems to be very badly organised and run.

The Package, location, and facilities in themselves have a lot to offer. The staff also seem quite competent (massage was excellent). However the whole time and each treatment and staff member felt quite rushed and stressed. It all had a feeling of getting as many numbers of clients through as possible, in one day/hour. Mass production. We were whisked off and through from station to station. A Spa is the last place where you want/expect to feel rushed or stressed or pushed on/out! I really felt for the staff, who seemed overwhelmed and pressed for time.
