Chad of Chad Morrison Fitness prides himself on his mantra “Healthy Core Quality Living”. Based in Perth, he knows the importance of good health, a balanced diet and regular exercise.

Chad has been involved in the fitness industry since 1995, aged 16. He began as a professional footballer, became a professional coach after playing for 12 years and opened Chad Morrison Fitness. Chad uses confidence boosting, supportive and educational fitness training techniques and doesn’t believe in military style shouting and boot camps to get results.

Chad offers one on one personal training and pilates and specialist football (AFL) training.
