Booked my appointment online at the last minute, it was my first visit to the shop and I was feeling nervous, I can be a difficult client as I am very fussy with my hair. I arrived at my appontment at the precise time of my appointment and was greeted with a smile, I sat on the lounge for no less than a minute when I was invited to the chair by Lan with her big bright smile. Lan was professional and genuine and I honestly felt so comfortable with her. I felt Lan was attentive to my wants and need and i was able to leave the store with my hair exactly the way I wanted it, unlike other salons who's stylists feel their ideas are better than ours. I would definitely recommend a visit.

I made the appointment; the appointment was confirmed. I showed up at the time we'd booked to find a note in the window saying the shop was closed that day. The following morning I got a text saying my appointment was cancelled, sent approx. 16 hours after the appointment time. No apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused. I won't be trying again.
