This is the second appointment they cancelled on me. They said a pipe burst but it just sounded like someone wanted my 9am appointment - they asked me to move it but I couldn't due to having to attend a wedding 3 hours outside of Melbourne. Terrible service and would never recommend.

Appointment was cancelled on me, after I was left waiting outside a closed salon at the time of my booking. No attempted contact prior by the salon, very disappointed. ReplyHi Tessa, Thank you for your feedback. You feedback means a lot to us. We’re sorry that you didn’t receive any of our calls. Unfortunately, on Saturday 1 of June our senior stylist was away ill so the salon was closed as she was the only stylist rostered to work on that day. You had an appointment booked in at 11am. We did try to call you and all our other appointments to reschedule. The call made to you was between 8 - 8:30am from a 07 5319 4722 but couldn’t get through to you and there wasn’t a voice mail option to leave a message. Furthermore, a second attempt was made from a mobile number ending in 563 after 11am to apologise for the inconvenience and again couldn’t get through to you but this time was able to leave an apology voicemail. Once again, we’re apologise for any inconvenience that caused you on that morning and we’re hoping that you may give us another opportunity to provide you our service in the coming future.
