This was a very poor experience from start to finish. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment to complete any necessary forms and was happy to wait for my appointment time. Upon walking in the door, the lady at the front desk, became frustrated and a bit irritated that I was there before my appointment time. She handed my the waiver and, when I didn't complete it as quickly as she liked, took it away and told me to just sign the back.
The massage therapist was distracted and checked her phone more than once during the hour. When I was leaving, the same woman who I believe is the owner, didn't bother standing or even asking me how the treatment was. She simply said to review her on facebook and she would give me the same deal when I come back. I will not be returning to Golden Skin Clinic nor will I be recommending to anyone.

We’re normally known for our exceptional attention to detail and customer service, and we are so sorry that we missed the mark here. Our massage therapists try to ensure that you get the attention you need when visiting our salon and give equal attention to each part of the body during your hour or two hour massage. They do so by checking their timer every so often but we do understand that this may be distracting for our customers so we will look into this practice as we are always aiming to keep improving our services. It is also not unusual for our staff to occasionally offer the same special price for some returning customers but we understand this may have sounded like it was in return for a positive review which we do not offer so we will be more careful in future. Please try not to judge us on this one bad experience as we strive to create a positive atmosphere for our customers.
