Align Move Thrive in Brisbane is a health service with a difference. Founder Jessica is a restorative exercise specialist and encourages us all to align, move and thrive. Restorative exercise uses a whole body approach to realign our bodies and move the way we were designed to move. It’s an exercise that’s all about how we move, not what we look like. Get our movement right, and we could be on a path to freedom from pain and disease.

Jessica is also an evolutionary biologist, meaning that she understands the biomechanics of how we should move. Making her a perfect restorative exercise personal trainer!
